The concept

Not a conference. A dinner.

The Private Table designs evenings where the room is the product. We have hosted private gatherings for and alongside organisations such as J.P. Morgan, ByteDance, Lark, SharpByte and Kopital, convening senior operators and investors for conversation that doesn’t happen on a stage.

We have set five tables in Jakarta, and one in Singapore during Formula 1 week: private dinners among the people who move capital, build companies and steward the region’s leading family enterprises, and who rarely share a room.

How are guests chosen?

Every guest is invited by name from The Private Table’s network, and meets the criteria set out under “Who sits at the table”. There is no open registration. If you believe you would be a good fit, send us a short introduction.

What does a co-host partnership include?

Co-host billing on the invitation and event materials, seats at the table for your representatives, host-led introductions during the evening, and a post-event attendance report with agreed follow-up introductions. The exact package is confirmed in a written agreement.

How much does it cost to partner?

Fees are quoted per evening and depend on the city, the number of seats and the level of co-host billing. You receive a written partnership agreement and an invoice before any payment is taken.

How do payments work?

Invoices are issued by TPT Group International Pte. Ltd. and can be paid by card or bank transfer through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, unless your partnership agreement sets different terms. If we cancel or postpone an evening, you can choose a refund or move to a future date.

Where are the evenings held?

In Jakarta and Singapore, at private dining venues chosen for each evening. Venue details are shared with confirmed guests and partners.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services provided by TPT Group International Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore and trading as The Private Table (“we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We curate and host private, invitation-only dinners and offer co-host partnerships for those evenings. The specific deliverables, fees and dates for any partnership are set out in a written agreement and invoice issued by us. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

Invitations

Invitations are discretionary, personal and non-transferable. We may accept, decline or withdraw an invitation, and may change an event’s date, time, venue, format or guest list, at our discretion.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted per evening and stated on your invoice in the currency shown. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. A partnership is confirmed once the agreement is signed and payment, or the agreed deposit, is received.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, unless your partnership agreement says otherwise.

Conduct and confidentiality

Our evenings are private. Guests and partners agree not to record, publish or share guest information, private conversations or event materials without the consent of the people concerned.

No endorsement or advice

Names, logos and affiliations shown on this website or in our materials are for information only and do not imply endorsement, partnership or confirmed attendance. Nothing we provide is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no business outcome or introduction is guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the evening concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion, after which the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made to TPT Group International Pte. Ltd. (trading as The Private Table) for co-host partnerships and other services, unless your written partnership agreement sets different terms.

If you cancel

If we cancel or postpone

If we cancel an evening, you can choose a full refund or to move your partnership to a future evening. If we postpone, your partnership moves to the new date; if the new date does not work for you, you can request a full refund.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund.

How to request a refund

Email nadya@tptgroupinternational.com with your name, company and invoice number. We respond within two business days.

Privacy Policy

TPT Group International Pte. Ltd., trading as The Private Table, respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other applicable laws.

What we collect

Your name, company, role and contact details; RSVP and attendance information; dietary or accessibility needs you choose to share; and billing details needed to invoice you. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our evenings and payments (such as venues and our payment provider), with event partners where you have agreed to an introduction, or where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable security measures.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent, or stop receiving invitations at any time by emailing nadya@tptgroupinternational.com.
